Our process

  • We talk about your goals, budget, design vision and timeline.

  • We discuss options of building on your land. We will walk the site to understand placement and how to make the best use of the topography and natural surroundings.

  • We go through design plans, making sure everything - from the layout to the smallest details - aligns with your lifestyle. We want to create a home that’s designed around the way you live.

  • Once we have a set of plans we can prepare a budget with allowance packages. We then finalize interior design selections and upgrades which will allow us to give you a build price.

  • With the plan set, it’s time for the building phase. We work daily to ensure everything moves smoothly. Throughout the construction phase, you will be kept involved with consistent communication, progress updates and onsite milestone meetings.

  • As we complete the construction process, we will go through a detailed final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our high standards. Each home we build comes with a warranty covering the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in your home. We believe good customer service is the basis for a good home ownership experience.
